Our Founders

Maysene Property Holdings was established by Reneiloe Semenya and Phuti Semenya, who have been involved in various business ventures for many years. These ventures have included property flipping, construction and operating of a guesthouse, PR and management consulting. Currently, Maysene Logistics is fast-growing and has been selected as a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Competition.

PHUTI SEMENYA CA (SA)

Phuti has served in various corporate positions, including audit firms, banks, manufacturing, and international retail, for over 20 years. He currently serves on various boards. Phuti holds a Master's degree in Accounting from UJ, is a chartered accountant, and a certified internal auditor. Additionally, he holds a Strategic Leadership Development certificate from GIBS. Above all, he has a passion for starting things and making them grow.

RENEILOE SEMENYA(SA)

Reneiloe has gained extensive experience in the electricity industry over the course of twenty years. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from business school, a degree in Public Administration, Communication and Public Relations, and a qualification in Digital Marketing. In addition, Reneiloe regularly interacts with various stakeholders such as regulators, government bodies, civic organizations, and community-based organizations to initiate infrastructure development and maintenance efforts. She ensures that projects are executed safely and in compliance with economic, social, and environmental regulations. Above all, Reneiloe has a wealth of experience, a passion for the development of properties and people, and a zest for life.
